The following functions can be selected via the touch display: defrosting, heating up, 6 grill programs, 4 cooking times, manual mode. Simply select one of the 6 grill programs, place your food on the grill, close it and the continuous LED color countdown shows when the food is ready.

With the fish and steak programs, the cooking times can be rare , medium, well and well done can be selected.
For all other dishes that you want to grill, there is also the manual mode. Thanks to the slanted grill plates, excess fat runs into the fat drip tray.
