N8WERK Vacuum Sealer - Black, 130W

With the N8WERK vacuum sealer, you can simply pack your food under vacuum - naturally without preservatives - ideal for fresh food such as meat, fruit, vegetables, seafood or even dry food such as coffee beans, nuts, muesli and much more.

Your food is packed with a vacuum power of approx. 90% airtight at -0.8 bar - for storage in the refrigerator, for freezing and portioning or for cooking à la sous-vide, a trend from star cuisine.

When cooking in the vacuum bag, the natural taste of the food is retained, the meat becomes tender and juicy, and the vegetables remain crisp and intensely coloured. The simple handling ensures safe results: The electronic temperature monitoring prevents the weld seams of the bags from melting through. The tight closure ensures an optimal vacuum and a secure weld seam up to 30cm wide.
