Tip: Freshly roasted coffee beans give off a little carbon dioxide, which is why you should first degas them for at least 48 hours after roasting. The BEEM COFFEE CAN with a valve is suitable for this, for example, as the coffee beans are protected from oxygen while the carbon dioxide produced can escape through the valve.
