Vinson 400 Smoker and Wood Chips

With the LANDMANN Smoker Vinson 400, the exclusive design meets a versatile grilling application with the 4-in-1 function - direct and indirect grilling, smoking and the classic American BBQ. The 52.5cm Vinson Smoker consists of a firebox and the cooking chamber, which can be used in different ways for different cooking methods and also comes with two types of our Selection Wood Chips from our range.  You have the Whisky Oak and the Red Wine.

The solid, enamelled grill grates(99 x 49.5cm, 3 parts) store the desired target temperature for the perfect grilling result. Another advantage of the grill grates is that they are easy to clean. The scope of delivery includes grill grates and charcoal grates for the fire box and the cooking chamber in order to use the various functions in the best possible way. The working height is approx. 90cm.

The specially developed LANDMANN smoker design promises maximum air circulation within the cooking chamber. The wall thickness of the Vinson 400 is 1.5mm (lid)/1mm (fire bowl): an advantage is the constant temperature that can be maintained in the cooking chamber. The smoker is directly accessible through the removable front table. A lid thermometer is integrated into the cooking chamber.
