FIREPITS – 5 Years

OUTDOOR HEATING – 5 Years
ACCESSORIES – 2 Years

 

YOUR WARRANTY COVERS YOU AGAINST:

Faulty workmanship and defects during manufacture process, which may be present at time of purchase or become apparent during normal use.

Component Failure during normal use.

Component Failure of working mechanisms (where applicable) 

Should deterioration of parts occur to the degree of non-performance within the duration of the warranted coverage, a replacement part will be provided.

** LANDMANN warrants its products for original purchaser only. This warranty is non-transferable and may not be extended.

 

YOUR WARRANTY WON’T COVER:

This limited warranty does not cover defects where there is evidence of damage caused by:

• Product abuse, misuse or use in a non-domestic environment
• Lack of maintenance in accordance with care instructions
• Grease fires
• Hostile environments
• Accidents
• Alterations, abuse or neglect

Parts installed from other manufacturers will nullify this warranty.

Discoloration to plastic parts from chemical cleaners or UV exposure is not covered by this warranty.

This warranty further does not cover any scratches, dents, painted finishes, corrosion or rust, discolouring by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners, nor chipping on porcelain enamel parts, nor any components used in the installation of the product.

 

WHEN CLAIMING

When contacting us, please include the following information. This will allow us to respond in the most efficient time

• Model number
• Proof of purchase
• Description of the claim
• Photographs if relevant/necessary

If your product cannot be repaired or a suitable spare part offered, we will replace it with the same model. If no longer available, we will provide an equivalent product or value towards the purchase of a new product at our discretion

All parts replaced under this Warranty Policy are subject to a single claim.

Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Warranty, LANDMANN’s responsibility under this warranty is defined as above and it shall not in any event extend to any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

 LANDMANN neither assumes, nor authorises any third party to assume, on its behalf, any other liabilities with respect to the sale of this product.

LANDMANN will not be responsible for: over firing, blow outs caused by environmental conditions such as strong winds, or inadequate ventilation,

Any damages to the product due to weather damage, hail, rough handling, damaging chemicals or cleaners will not be the responsibility of LANDMANN.
